Looking for a compact and reliable outboard motor? Then Mercury 40 hp is definitely something for you! It weighs 93kg and is the perfect outboard motor to mount on aluminum boats, dinghies, ribs and motor boats. The Mercury 40 hp is equipped as standard with a remote control (side mounting) and an on-board computer that can be built into a console. You can digitally display the engine speed, temperature, fuel consumption, etc. on the on-board computer.

It is also possible to equip the Mercury 40hp outboard motor with a throttle, but this is not included as standard in the price.

Fuel

It is best to fill up with Euro 98/E5 gasoline for the Mercury 40 hp outboard motor. Euro 95/E10 may also be used, but due to the higher ethanol content, problems will occur more quickly in the fuel system of this engine.
