WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT (FREIGHT DAMAGE)?
Our outboards are very well packaged from the factory. All products are shipped in the factory crate and very rarely receive damage during transit. All products have to be fully insured. Freight damage must be reported to the freight company, indicated on the waybill and we must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of goods. In the event a product was damaged during shipment and proper notification was given we will file a damage claim with the carrier and provide replacement parts (in the case of minor damage, such as a cracked cowling) or provide a complete replacement unit in more severe cases. Unlike many other online retailers of outboards and boats, we will file and complete all damage claims with the carrier on your behalf.

HOW IS TRACKING INFORMATION PROVIDED?
Tracking information is provided via email, typically within 24-48 hours of your order being shipped.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Shipping time will vary depending on location (typical transit time is 3-7 business days). Please note that shipping times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST AND IS IT REALLY INCLUDED?
Shipping is included (with exceptions listed below) anywhere within the Canadian Provinces on all outboard motors purchased on the same order (see note below). Shipping on all other orders start at $20. Shipping is based on type and quantity of item as well as shipping destination.

  • SHIPPING EXCEPTION 1 – In some cases (especially Rural Areas) direct delivery is not available to us for FREE and therefore the buyer will need to either pay an additional shipping fee OR pick-up the delivery from a local carrier depot. If this is the case we will contact you in advance to determine if you want to continue with the purchase or cancel the order.
  • SHIPPING EXCEPTION 2 – While we do our best to get the lowest shipping rates to Newfoundland & Labrador and the Canadian Territories (Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut) we cannot guarantee that shipping is included. Once you place your order we will obtain shipping quotes and contact you in advance to provide a shipping quote. So you can decide whether to continue with the order or cancel it.
